I participated in Smart Illumination Yokohama 2019, a light art event held in Zou-no-hana-park from 11.01.2019-11.04.

Smart Illumination Yokohama is a very memorable event for me.
I entered and participated in the first Smart Illumination Award for the first time two years ago, so I started making and presenting my own work, and I was able to participate again this year as a sub-award of last year’s award.

Two years ago, last year and Roppongi Art Night, I made it focused on watching, but the theme of this event was “Sports / Body / Emotion”, because I was working as a candidate for customs, so I decided to make something quite easy to understand. did.
The mechanism is illustrated in the video, but the light particles flow in the direction of the experience and the figure is projected onto the tower in real time with a laser.

During the event, there are many people who really enjoyed this project, and found a new way to play this project.So I am very happy for the guests to find the way that I cannot think before starting this event.
I came to think that this project might have become a “complete by visitor” work, that seems to be experence-based content.

I am very grateful for the cooperation of smart illuminations, Yokohama City, Customs, and LASA.
I would also like to thank my wife for helping me out in the cold and the volunteer staff who helped me in the field.
(Especially, volunteer staff who helped out on the first day created a place for them to see the direction of how to enjoy the event.)
Personally, I had a very good experience includeing making documents.
