Beyond is software for laser operation released by Pangolin.
Unlike Quickshow, it is suitable for full-scale use.

There are more kinds of tools for producing beams, and Quickshow has only one type of timeline or it was hard to copy, but in this case it can be operated more easily, shortening production time,
In addition, functions such as mesh warp which can be used for mapping and sync system such as MTC(MIDI Timecode) are also enriched with external communication functions.

When it comes to higher version, 3D correspondence is also done, and it is possible to produce a show with high quality quickly.
Just a price … is expensive… However I understand the quality of Beyond..

QuickShow is an application for operating lasers released by Pangolin.
I think that it is suitable software as an introductory one that can operate the laser very easily using this software.

Quickshow mainly uses ILDA for control.
Moreover, it can not control with just only this software, and a device called “FB3” is essential between the ILDA cable and the USB cable from the PC.

This is because of the nature for beginners, or the features of the details are not enough.
Although there is no problem if it is only to issue an existing laser, when creating a beam by yourself or controlling the timing of the laser according to the time axis, there are lack of detailed functions such as copy and multiple movements and so many useless You will be using working hours.

If you do it in earnest, it may be better to buy the upper software Beyond.

八重洲口イルミ2016

This year I also made the illumination image of the tree at the Tokyo station Yaesu-guchi.

It seems that WOW made an installation this year.
How nice.

This is made to be familiar with the whole theme, and this year we are shining in the range of blue to white.

Although it was difficult to have variations easily, I think that I will make that variation next year if there is a story that I want to do this next year while checking the lighting the other day.

Or I hope I can do it elsewhere.

This is 2015 version:
